With Rich off at Donington WSBK round, Jim put together an all American team with the help of Scott Bolton. The guys started of with the sad news of the passing of Marc van der Straten. The founder of Marc VDS was 78. After discussing the rider market news they jumped into the racing action.
Moto3 was a unique race as Brian Uriarte secured pole and lead almost the entire race. Quiles briefly led but lost the front, recovered and finished second. At this point Max has one had firmly on the championship trophy.
Moto2 saw Ivan Ortola lead from start to finish. It was a great ride and one of the nest last laps as Ortola's tires were gone and he was under pressure from a much quicker Holgado. Gonzalez rode a smart race to collect points and extent his championship lead.
Finally in MotoGP, Marc Marquez lead every lap of both the sprint and the Sunday main event. It was total domination. The Track House riders fined behind Marc in both races. Ogura is now 14 points behind Martin, with Marc only four more points behind. Actually the top five riders are all in a fight for the title at the halfway point in the season.
