Episode 89: Mark Bracks, A Pepsi Challenge, and a Contest!

* Still More Silly Season and World SuperDuper Bikes
* The Fourth and Final Pepsi Challenge
* Interview with MotoGP.com Pit Reporter Mark Bracks

Super interesting show this week, with a great interview with Mark Bracks, the pit reporter for the Dorna/MotoGP.com commentary team. We also have some news and, back by popularish demand, another Pepsi Challenge of MotoGP commentary! Last but certainly not least, a contest to win one of six awesome Eddie Lawson posters from an original artwork by Hector Cademartori.

Episode 88: Laguna Seca (!!) Wrapup

* Silly Season
* Lots of stuff Bob recorded at Laguna Seca
* Laguna race report and championship standings
* Awesome sounds of MotoGP

Wow, what a weekend! Bob, Jules and buddy Mike had a FANTASTIC time at Laguna Seca for the Red Bull US Grand Prix, and this show is all about it. We got a lot of cool audio recorded, interviews and motorcycle sounds and all kinds of stuff. We cover the practice sessions, complete with rider interviews, qualifying and the race. Plus a few short comments on the Fox commentary, but not the full on Pepsi Challenge this time.

Episode 87: In A Panic to Leave for Laguna

* Sachsenring Wrapup
* Laguna Seca Preview
* Yet Another of Those Pepsi Challenges (starting to get a little old, don't you think?)

This week's show is up a day early as Bob is heading to Laguna Seca for the US Grand Prix! And because Bob is supposed to be packing and leaving, it's a short show and a bit of a rush job, but still some interesting stuff and well worth a listen!

Episode 86: Ring in the Sachsenring Preview

* Big news week in MotoGP
* Sachsenring Preview, courtesy of David Emmett
* Chat with Liam!

Lots of interesting news this week, some silly season stuff and MotoGP is going to Indy! Not sure if that's all good or not, but it looks like it's going to happen. We also have an excellent Sachsenring preview courtesy of David Emmett from motogpmatters.com and a really interesting and somewhat unusual call with Liam Shubert!

Episode 84: Half Assen Preview and Donington Wrapup

* Silly Season and Some Reader E-mail
* Donington Qualifying and Race Wrapup
* Casey Stoner Interview (psych!)
* Assen Preview, but Not Really Well Prepared. Kinda like some "real" websites

We talk a little bit about some interesting stuff that's going on in MotoGP, plus wrapup Donington, share a chunk of an interview with Casey Stoner that I didn't actually do and then finish up with a real quick and dirty Assen preview and yet another apology.

Episode 83: Donington Preview and a Tech Segment Re-Run

* MotoGP News
* Reader E-mail
* Donington Preview and History Lesson
* Lets Talk About Brakes

We've got some interesting MotoGP news, a couple of brief comments about the World Superbike races at Misano, reader e-mail, a Donington preview complete with history lesson and audio onboard lap, and a tech segment about brakes that is in no way whatsoever related to the tech segment about brakes that was in show #37. Oh wait, maybe it's the same tech segment...

Episode 82: Catalunya Wrapup , 15 June 2007 (1:26:10, 30.3MB)

* Reader e-mail
* Catalunya qualifying and race report, plus a look at the standings
* MotoGP on CBS? WTF?
* Chat with Liam Shubert!

Bob does a fairly windy intro with a reader e-mail and some other comments, followed by a race report about the Gran Premi Cinzano de Catalunya. Then we talk about the CBS commentary of the Catalunya race, with a Pepsi Challenge of three different commentaries and we finish up with a great chat with Liam Shubert of the Pramac d'Antin Ducati team. Good stuff, make sure you listen to every second!!

Episode 81: Holy Cow, This is a Really Long Mugello Wrapup, 8 June 2007

* Bob and Jules Mugello Wrapup
* Chat with Liam Shubert
* Chat with Chuck Aksland

OK, this show go ridiculously long, and that means there was no time for much of a Catalunya preview show. On the other hand, this show does have an interesting bit with Jules and Bob talking about how great the Mugello race was, followed by a chat with Liam Shubert of the Pramac d'Antin team and then a call with Chuck Aksland, manager of the Team Roberts MotoGP team. It's very long, about an hour and a half, but well worth the download!

Episode 80: Bob's by Himself Again, Doing a Mugello Preview Show, 1 June 2007

* MotoGP News
* TVU Networks website...hmmm...
* Reader E-mail, that's always fun
* Mugello Preview with Audio Onboard Lap
* A Quick Look at the Standings Going into Round 6

A bit of a hodgepodge of a show today and we're back to the NPR for motorcycle racing format, with just Bob on the show. There's an interesting website that I found out there you might want to check out, plus some news and commentary. Also, a blog entry from Kropotkin Thinks at MotoGPMatters.com is blatantly cribbed because it was really good stuff. We wrap up with a Mugello preview, including an audio onboard and a look at the world championship standings going into Round 6 of the 2007 MotoGP season!
