* This Week's News
* Sepang Tests
* Mert Lawwill Interview
Got some good stuff today, first with some general MotoGP news, mostly silly season continued, then a report about the testing that took place at Sepang in Malaysia this past week, and then our tech segment today kind of diverges a little from the tech of MotoGP and we're going to talk with AMA Grand National Champion Mert Lawwill a little bit about an interesting device that he manufactures that allows riders to use a prosthetic arm for riding. Anyone who has ever seen the movie On Any Sunday will remember Mert Lawwill, and Mert was nice enough to do a phone interview.

More Formula 1 testing? What is this? Well, it fills the gaps. The interview with Max McAllister didn't work out yet, I'm still working on it. In the meantime, we've got some news and we'll move on with the tech segments to the frame.

Kind of a slow week for MotoGP news in sheer numbers of news items, but the news that did come out was pretty darn interesting, so I cover some of those news items. I'm back! Sorry for the long break, but I had to take care of my Navy Reserve annual training. Great time of year to do it, it was a lovely 19 degrees F at night. Nothing like waking up with frost on the sleeping bag to make you know you're alive!
Enough of that, let's talk about what's on the show. Several interesting news items about team signings and structure, silly season is winding down. Laguna Seca is spending some big time money on track improvements for future MotoGP races. Plus, a somewhat delayed report about the tests conducted at Sepang and Jerez at the end of November.

It's a long episode that should help tide you over through the three week break coming up. After this one, there won't be another episode until December 23, sorry about that! Real life is intruding on the podcast!
An extremely busy week left me without a lot of time to prepare, but I found some good stuff in the news that I think is pretty interesting. We're also going to give away two more of the very cool American Roadracer Calendars! Awesome! Interesting news and a chance to win cool free stuff, what more can you ask?
